Quarterpast 65 is a purpose-driven media and advocacy platform of Ayamara Foundation, dedicated to aging, elderly care and intergenerational values. Aging is a journey everyone will make. We help society prepare for it with knowledge, empathy and cultural wisdom.

Founder and CEO
Hon. (Dr.) Stella O. Ayamara Dorgu
PhD, FABS, JP
Dr. Stella O. Ayamara Dorgu is a distinguished educationist, philanthropist, community mobiliser and mass communication expert whose career spans Nigerian legislation and grassroots social reform. She is a leading voice for women's empowerment and a champion for the welfare of the elderly.
She represented the Sagbama/Ekeremor Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives from 2012 to 2015. She has served as Director General of the National Centre for Women Development, Special Assistant to the Special Adviser and Coordinator of the National Poverty Eradication Programme (NAPEP), Pioneer Coordinator of the Bayelsa Wealth and Poverty Alleviation Agency, Pioneer Bayelsa State Governor's Special Representative in Abuja, and Member of the Presidential Technical Committee on the Review of the 1999 Constitution. She was also an Assistant Professor of Mass Communication at St. Paul's College, Virginia, USA.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management, an M.A. in Public Communications and a PhD in Mass Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, New York. She also holds a certificate in Gerontology. This combination of public communication and gerontology gives her the vision and the specialised knowledge to lead elder-focused advocacy in Nigeria.
A broadcaster of excellence, she worked for 15 years with the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN). She is a founding member and board trustee of the Women Advancement for Economic and Leadership Empowerment Foundation in Africa (WAELE) and a co-founder of the Women Foundation of Nigeria (WFN).
She founded Quarterpast 65 to restore dignity to Nigeria's elders: to preserve the life stories of seniors and to open wisdom-driven dialogue between the elderly and the younger generation. A devout Catholic, mother and grandmother, she continues to champion dignity, opportunity and inclusion through Ayamara Foundation.

Board of Directors
Dr. Adetoun Adeniji-AdeleBoard of Directors A strategic Human Resources leader, scientist, educator and Board Director with expertise in organisational development, talent management, employee engagement and leadership development.
She is Associate Director at Integral Molecular, where she has helped to scale the organisation and strengthen its people systems and culture. She holds a PhD in Pharmacognosy from Saint Joseph's University, an MSc in Cell Biology from Virginia State University and a BSc in Biology with Honors from Saint Paul's College.
Maureen Dorgu Lawal, Esq.Board of Directors A retired Director of the Edo Broadcasting Service, with a 35-year career in the civil service. She brings experience in public administration, law, communication and public service.
She holds a Diploma in Public Administration, a Diploma in Dramatic Art and an LL.B/BL in Law, and has a deep passion for supporting the less privileged and vulnerable members of the community.
Staff
Deborah LawalMedia Director and Coordinator A creative entrepreneur, publisher and media professional. She is the CEO of La Reine Business Empire (events, design, printing, branding, photography, videography and social media) and the founder of La Reine Books.
As Coordinator and Media Director of Quarter Past 65, she coordinates the initiative's activities and oversees its media and communications, helping to document and share the stories, wisdom and experiences of older generations. She holds a BSc and an MBA.
Oluwatoyin Adenike SoluDirector of Finance A graduate of Accounting from the University of Benin with a BA in International Business from Coventry University, United Kingdom. She is an Associate Member of ACCA and a member of ANAN and the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals.
A project finance management expert committed to financial accountability, strategic planning and effective resource management. She is also an advocate for girls' rights and against drug abuse among young people.
Ike Blessing EhiHead of Administration An administrative and business support professional with experience in office administration, customer service, sales, teaching and business development. She holds an HND in Statistics and is skilled in communication, documentation, record keeping and team support.
Blessings Youpele DorguHead of Welfare A professional caterer, confectioner and entrepreneur, and the creative force behind Deep Dive Confectionery. She has more than seven years of experience across administration, hospitality, sales, marketing and real estate.
